Mardia and Mustaffa
Mardia and I established the Bakery nearly 20 years ago. After a short spell in Bukit Rahman Putra we returned home to Kampong Kubu Gajah, Sungai Buloh where we built the Bakery as it is today.
We bake using Organic Flours, some of which we mill ourselves, to provide a 'whole grain' experience for our customers. Our bread is fermented with our 'sourdough' which we have maintained throughout.
We make our scones from Organic Flour, Organic Sugar, Butter, Cream, Yoghurt and Raisins. Each raisin is carefully picked over and selected by Mardia to ensure no stalks remain.
Our Bread is made from Organic Bread Flour and Organic Grains that are milled in house to ensure that your bread gets live, nutrition from the grains. Our Sourdough has been with us for many years and has been passed on to many Bakers in Malaysia.
I specialise in British and Continental Pastries. Most weekends we have a selection along with Croissants or Brioche.
